Wholesale Policy

1. Minimum Order Quantity

For wholesale customers of Merlion Naturals the minimum order quantity is 10 units in order to get wholesale discount.

2. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from Merlion Naturals only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) or MRP. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Merlion Naturals and will typically be granted on case to case basis.

3. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). All authorized retailers will receive up to 40% off the MSRP or MRP depending on volume they are buying. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to Merlion Naturals within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Merlion Naturals prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

5. Payments

Merlion Naturals accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, Bank Transfers and UPI payments. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

6. Shipping

Shipping is included in the cost of goods. However, for remote delivery location (as identified by partner carriers) customer may need to pay additional shipping fees or arrange required transportations.

7. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Merlion Naturals at care@merlionnaturals.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

8. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 4-7 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

9. Shipping International Orders

We accept International Wholesale customers case to case basis as we have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer. Please Contact Us with your detailed requirement and business information, so that our sales team can assist you further.
