Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to care@merlionnaturals.com with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly.

Returns

It is Merlion Naturals' intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at care@merlionnaturals.com with received product photos and order Id.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).

Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
